February 2009: Streamlining the Sales Cycle with Connect Pro
In these tough economic times companies are looking for ways to do more with less and ensure that they're getting the most out of their workforce. Given that the Sales department is the key revenue center for most companies, it is critical that the sales team is able to to be as streamlined as possible across all facets of their jobs. Since this seems to be such an area of focus for organizations of all sizes and in all sectors, we decided to focus this month on ways to integrate Connect Pro in the selling process.
January 2009: Connect Pro Training In-Depth
Enabling Rapid eLearning is a core pillar of Connect Pro. This month we are focusing on topics that will make your training programs more effective whether you are using Connect Pro for live virtual classrooms, on demand courses, or both, you'll find out something you didn't know.
December 2008: Video and Connect Pro

This month we will be exploring Connect Pro and Flash Video. What exactly does this mean? Well there are a variety of ways in which video can be created and utlized within Connect Pro. Among the topics we will be exploring are creating video for use in Connect Pro meetings, using video with Adobe Presenter, and working with meeting recordings. Explore this month's resources and use the Community Forums to ask any questions you may have.
November 2008: Connect Pro 7, Service Pack 1
Connect Pro 7, Service Pack 1 is already available for on premise customers and will be made available to customers on the hosted service on November 10th.
Included in this release are bug fixes as well as accessibility enhancements and new language support for Turkish and Russian. Our hosted customers will also see extended meeting overage capabilities and enhanced custom reporting capabilities.
